A joint collection of regulations drawn up by the two prison service concordats, NWI and OSK, as a result of their established cooperation

The Correctional Services Concordats of North-Western and Central Switzerland (NWI) and Eastern Switzerland (OSK) are now publishing their regulations in a joint collection. In addition to the existing regulations of each concordat, this collection will also contain the joint regulations being developed as part of the ongoing harmonisation process.

The new platform thus brings together all current decrees from both concordats in one central location.
The decrees of NWI & OSK are stored in the same collection. The respective decrees are therefore marked with a prefix so that it is clear whether a decree is from the NWI, the OSK or a joint decree.

Thanks to integrated editorial functions, the two prison administration concordats can also easily merge their sets of rules and harmonise them on an ongoing basis. This contributes to uniform enforcement practices and creates legal certainty.
